Construction Progress

Exciting progress is underway at The Villages at Belvoir! We are proud to continue our tradition of excellence with two new residential communities — Young Village and Woodlawn Village Phase II — designed to enhance the living experience for service members and their families.

Young Village will feature 200 three- and four-bedroom townhomes across 37 buildings, each offering modern design, high-quality finishes, and family-friendly amenities such as green spaces, a centralized playground, and dog parks. Every home will include an integrated two-car garage with EV charger-ready capabilities and is designed to meet LEED Silver standards, supporting both comfort and sustainability.

Woodlawn Village Phase II introduces 13 single-story accessible homes designed with inclusivity in mind. These residences feature open floor plans, barrier-free showers, fenced backyards, and EV-ready garages — all built to LEED Silver standards.
